Hi, all!
We hope you are staying safe and healthy. We understand that many of you are experiencing difficulties locating your BackerKit survey. We have received hundreds of comments, messages, and emails over the past few days. This is a high volume for our small team, so we apologize for any delays. We appreciate your patience. We are also rapidly managing the COVID-19 situation and assessing how the virus may impact delivery times.
If you have not found your survey, please start with the following steps:

Check your SPAM and TRASH folders. Your inbox may have filtered the email from BackerKit. You can also try searching for "BackerKit" in all mailboxes.

If you receive an ERROR message from BackerKit, it may be because of one of two reasons:
First, Indiegogo separates InDemand backers from those who backed during the campaign. This is because we ship in order and prioritize campaign backers. If you placed your order recently, then you will not receive a BackerKit survey until 11 days after the purchase date.
Second, it is our understanding that some data did not import correctly from Indiegogo to BackerKit. We are working directly with BackerKit to resolve the issue. We are not sure why the system has not sent out certain email batches. Until we provide another update, we ask that you hold tight and continue to check your email regularly, following the above steps.
In either case, please note we will NOT penalize you for completing the survey after the March 20th deadline if there has been an error accessing it. We ask that you only message us if there is an error within your survey or you have a separate customer-service issue. This ensures we can answer all messages timely. Unfortunately, until we resolve the issue with BackerKit, there is nothing further we can do to help locate missing surveys.
We recognize this is a stressful time for everyone and we appreciate your understanding. Please take care of yourselves.

We've sent all current customers a Backerkit Survey. Please complete this survey in your email inboxes ASAP, as we must finalize shipment addresses for the quickest delivery to all our customers. The final deadline for locking orders will be March 20th, 2020.

We've done it, and more. $340,000 raised in just 30 days, from over 2,000 people, including our VIPS who've been with us from the very beginning!
We're a small team of designers, engineers, and passionate audiophiles who believe in creating products that are different. We're so grateful for our backers who believed in us and who helped us bring Pearl to life. Here's what's next:
- Complete the CrowdOx survey that we'll send to your email by March 20th, 2020. This is mandatory for ALL backers and will help us deliver your Pearl Earbuds faster. You'll also have the chance to confirm your address and color selection and purchase exclusive add-on products, including a limited edition Pearl Audio Hi-Fi speaker.

Dear Pearl Supporters,
Thank you for the patience you've given us over the past few weeks for this update, and for the support in funding that has gotten us to almost $300K!
After confirming with our manufacturing facilities on February 27th that they will be continuing normal operations starting Monday, March 2nd, we can affirm that no significant delays to shipping will be of concern. If any delays do become apparent (as the current situation is unclear and unstable, and another outbreak that forces a government mandate of factory shutdowns may be possible), we will update you ASAP with updated shipment dates.
In addition, as our campaign draws to a close we will be regularly updating here and in the VIP Facebook group about shipment status and production.
In March, you will receive an email from our logistics survey for final color selection and shipment address.

Hello, everyone!
We are officially just over a week away from the end of our campaign. Can you believe it? We wanted to take some time to say thank you and provide some updates!
First, we're so grateful to you all. Our campaign has raised over $215,000 and beat our original goal by almost 1500%! We're honored that so many of you supported Pearl, and we can't wait for you to try our one-of-a-kind product.
Second, we're excited to announce that musicians Tiffany Alvord and Ne-Yo (3x Grammy winner) have both endorsed Pearl! To hear what they're saying, you can click here for Ne-Yo and here for Tiffany.
Third, we've also received impressive press coverage from Yahoo!, WIRED, GadgetFlow, Digital Trends, and Autoevolution! We trended on Indiegogo as their #1 most popular campaign after launch - all thanks to our loyal backers who spread the word and shared our campaign.
Finally, we'll start providing updates on shipping soon, so stay tuned! As of now, we are NOT expecting shipping delays.
